Very sorry that knee is continuing to act up. Watching the skilled cyclists on the Tour every day builds my respect for what it takes to ride with the pros. I've been a Mark Cavendish fan for many years. So sorry to see both him and you disabled.

BTW I'm sure he has many more than 400 000 miles on those knees!

He might. I'm rounding up; my time total isn't that high. I'm really not injured, I just can't take the cycling motion anymore. Other than that, I'm fine.
