Is this how you're starting your winter break!!? In any case it sounds like fun.

Have you done the Niesen Challenge? Officially it's a Nordic Walking thing but many people have run it. It's nice because they'll take your bag to the top where there's a shower and give you a ride back down. They use SI to track your times and load them onto their website. I've done it once and will try to do it again the next time I'm back there...

I like the philosophy of training harder than ever!

i've done it unofficially, costs loads to do it properly and get time on the web and everything!

Hmmm, I don't remember it being expensive...

...the Niesen is a little far away to climb it before breakfast... but it is true that it is a shame that I didn't climb it once this year... it's a classic!
I'm technically not on a training break yet, next week I am going to Finland for some hard core training. Once they killed me I will fly home and take my break.
