I found a map of this on a DOMA. Phew... makes Old Mountain Road look not so bad!

I think the climb on my total route was about 390m - might as well assume I missed counting a contour or 2, and call it a round 400. When I finally hit the flats I was 'running funny', maybe just because the ground was a bit puggy, but I reckon also the legs just wouldn't stretch out properly after all the mountain goating.
