Orienteering (Brown Course) 1:12:34 [3] 3.48 mi (20:51 / mi)

Ran the Brown Course at Pound Ridge....nice day in the woods ...on the 1st winter training course.....1-2" of snow and 20* ...felt warm after the last few days ......good run...knees ok ...felt good .....brain turned off going to No. 7 ...I was on the right trail ..but I was just not sure ...so went up and then down on it about five times....then brain turned back on ...off we go the way I first wanted to go ...yuk ....but just a great day to be out in the woods ....
