Cademuir Road loop. Second session of day but still. 2 mins down on PB :(

Cademuir run from car park with Sarah and dogs. Quite hard-she's definitely getting fitter. 17.10 from CP to Cademuir top. She pulled me along quite hard but finally got her on the 2nd steep hill to top. She's descending better now and beat me by 45 secs to CP. Lovely run! Always love running with Sarah and Lola n Cocoa!
