One of the hardest to get to 4000 footers, Owl's Head. Long day as we did not only summit the peak, but then continued onto the 13 Falls Campsite.

Pulled a groin muscle crossing one of the rivers (boulder I was standing on with one foot started to roll) so it was very painful towards the end of the hike.

We did have to take off the shoes for a different river crossing. The water was very cold.

The Covered Bridges Half Marathon. Far from where I want to be, but ok considering my ankle and what that did to my training. I also put myself further back in the starting line which made for a very slow start. Almost walking in the beginning.
