Nasty spill to the second control, worried for the first bit that I had dislocated my other shoulder, but it seems to have been mostly muscle damage/tears, and after walking for a while making sure everything was alright, I continued but it was a slow run after that.

I am happy with the first day. Did not really do any mistakes and it felt quite easy. It was unusually warm in Sweden though, so my running did suffer in the heat especially with an afternoon start.
