As expected feeling very tired and faint today so stayed at home eating a lot. Hair started falling out, so at least confirms the drugs are still working.

Running 14:32 [3] 2.51 km (5:47 / km) +60m 5:10 / km
slept:5.5 weight:73.6kg (sick) shoes: Nike Pegasus 38

Thought I would be ready to try a run so did a short out and back along the road from Goodrich to Ganarew. Quickly learned that I am not and this turned out to be very hard work. Pleased to make it back down and needed an hour sat down to recover. Won’t try another run until next weekend.

Walking 45:00 [3] 3.0 km (15:00 / km) +150m 12:00 / km
(sick) shoes: Mizuno Wave Rider 24 Blk

Walking up Coppett Hill to get some photos of the race. Hard work and pretty spent at the top. Then had to do various rushing around to get ahead of leaders which further tired me. Just about did everything in just the right time though.

Main objective of the day was to get out and catch up with people, particularly MonRoss since I’ve been too ill to come out with them ever since I joined. In both respects, massive success a lots of positives to take from today. Just getting in the car and driving for 2x 45 mins is a hell of an achievement after last weekend. Life may be tough, but things could be so much worse than they are.

Week 2. Less treatment and less sickness. Two weeks before I go back again so hoping to start doing a bit more again.
