4 burns on 13a proj. Fell at f'ing second last move on second burn. Oh well. Nice day in the sun and we had the wall to ourselves. On my last burn, I felt like I was going to pass out when I fell. So, I'm trying hard. I definitely didn't feel totally recovered, despite doing nothing yesterday.

I have the beta I'm going to use totally worked out. I just need fresh guns. I think taking yesterday completely off after going hard on Sat. threw off my body a little. Psyched to go back this weekend and get it done. I feel pretty destroyed right now. Recover. Get stronger.

Lazy day of building cornhole boards to prep for summer rest day activities. I think we're getting a bow from B's mom- sick.

10:30-2:30 at the crag. Wu on 10b, 11c. I fleet amazing today after only one beer and decent sleep last night. Gave crazy train (13a) 4 burns. I got 4 moves from the chains on the 3rd burn. I know I can do it next time there, which will be tmw or Monday. I love this wall. Solid day despite not sending. Climbing 3 days a week is going well, and my legs feel good from the 2 jogs ths week. Psyched.

Pretty good session. Flashed a 6 and a 7 and a bunch of 5s. Did another couple 6s second go. Climbed well. I hope I don't have to climb indoors this weekend though.

Decent jog in the sun and wind. Ran a mile on trail shirtless, which felt rad. Legs felt decent. They definitely like the progrids better than the mirages.

Did the 11a, and then got on Apetizer 5.12b/c, which I sent 2nd go. Rad.
Did Eating the Gun 5.12d and took 2 or 3 times but got to the chains w/out too much drama.
Then we hiked back down. I got on Woodstock 12b again but blew the send after sticking the dyno. Annoying.
Solid day. Again, not much volume at all but I'm getting on some hard stuff that feels totally doable. Psyched with how the fitness is coming along.

I think climbing 3 days is a good system at least until school is out. I think the 2nd weekday session just ends up being a waste of mental and physical energy and a drain on the weekend reserves.

Tried Crazy Train (5.13a) and finished it. I think I could do it next time there. Psyched to have a 13a proj.

I was up there for almost 4 hours after work. Warmed up and just hung out at baggins. Did 2 laps of the higher start from a little bit lower so that when I out all of the low moves together, the top will feel more automatic. Did one more move that I hadn't done before. Baby steps.

5.5 hours in the canyon. Good day, despite no new sends. Warmed up on 10d, 10a. Got on Syllogism (5.12c/d) and got to the chains. Move over the first roof is going to be a tough one for me, but doable. Gave it another go but came down after falling at roof move 3 times. Went to Woodstock 5.12b and hung the draws on a failed onsight burn. Gave it another go and fell after catching the jug on the dyno. Nuts. 5 pitches today. Recover. Get stronger. There are so many routes I want to do. Psyched for this climbing season!

Send Way Hammered 12b 2nd go. Super fun, diverse route.
Tried Grushenka 5.12c and took 3x(?). Pretty sustained and cool route. May go back tmw to do this one.

After taking 10 minutes to get used to climbing on plastic again, I had a decent day. Flashed five or six v5s, plus sent another couple second go. Sent a v6 3rd go. Ended with some leg lifts. Come home and did 107 push ups in 5 minutes. Good training day. Hopefully I won't feel wrecked tomorrow.

There from 11:30-4p. Warmed up on 10d and hung draws and redpointed Naked Nebula again. Between B's burns on that, I tried Rhinoplasty and Knuckle Up and made zero progress. B sent though. Considered getting on something else but decided to call it a day, which was for the best.

Day 2 at dry wall. Warmed up on 11a, and then got on the 12a/b I tried yesterday. Almost got it first go. Fell on the last move. Dropped some f bombs on the unsuccessful third and fourth tries, but then calmed down and finally sent. I'm agreeing with the mt project rating of 12b, despite mike calling it 12a. Bouldery. Glad I got it today. After that, we just came home in hopes of resting up for a full day tmw in AF.

Onsight 5.12a "Stop that Terrain," my 30th 5.12.

Tried bouldery 12c a few times grrr..
2 burns on Graffiti Patient (5.12a). Blew redpoint on 2nd go. Nuts. Bouldery and short. Felt cooked after that. Attempts on 12c drained me, I guess.

Fun day out there with Mike and B. Perfect weather, despite cold, wet forecast.

After warming up on the cabbage patch circuit, I worked on the low start to Bag End (V11). I made progress but have a looong way to go. It was fun to work on it solo and try hard on the moves. 3rd day on so wasn't expecting to crush. I think I could do it though.

Then we hiked up to All chalk and no action. And I did it 2nd go. I'd like to go back to do the more direct slabby start though. I'd say I did the JV start. It was cool to finally on it though.
