Normal Orienteering race 1:34:54 [3] ***
shoes: Inov 8s - Oroc 280s
Really struggled today - nav was loose as normal, and struggling physically. xc yesterday probably didn't help and the posterior chain on the left side was acting up again - think too soon to have stopped the painkillers completely.
