Took it a bit easy this week as I've had several weeks of gradually increasing the load.
Physio on Thursday and all is looking pretty good, feeling positive about progress, and I can do some runs with no pain at all! Next stage is to start including some longer runs (25-30 mins) and 7 weeks until next time for physio.
Today I got a bit excited and did a small bit of climb too, because we are now homeowners! From the new apartment and did a little exploratory lap. Very lovely.
