HIIT. (1min on 3min off x 8) x 2. On Hoiasmarka single tracks. Perfect running conditions, forest smelt so good after last night's rain! but that also meant a bit more mud.
Managed to break part of the sole off my shoe... will see if it's new enough to get replaced for free I think...
