Running intervals 21:30 [5]
Intervals. How novel! Don't think I've done any straight running intervals since some time well back in last year!
Monas, but messed up the timing somewhere in there. Just 2x2min, 2x1.5, 4x 1,0.5,0.25min, with half recoveries. Which got a bit hard when I had 7.5s rests for the 15s ints...hmmm.
Atleast I did them. And survived. Single tracks on blackie made it more bearable too, so not all speed, some twisting and turning in there too.
