vs Tuggers for Fed cup. 0-0 much better than last week. We got the positioning, communication and passing going and created a load of opportunities...not that that's what you'll hear from the capital football write up...honestly i don't know why the write up's always against us!

Came off mid 2nd half as my calf muscles were cramping. Too much sprint work after a long time off it i spose. Annoying as i wasn't tired, just cramping!
