WOC Middle Test 1

Not a good one. Got into it for the first 3, but misplaced myself on a very tricky #4, and took me 5mins to relocate.
Mostly got better after that but some 1min misses compounded things.
Struggling physically will have been the illness, but others also said they felt v bad.
Underestimated time to the start and was very under pressure which is an amateur mistake and while I settled myself for the start okay, certainly wasn't the prep I would have wanted, and won't have helped with the mistake.
