Three rock with Jonny. Lots of changes since I was here last, new felling and previously felled areas now full of evergreens and gorse.

Feeling good although my back hasn’t been great the last while. A few weeks ago I strained it pulling weeds out from between some tiles in the pueblo. And every now and then since I have re-strained it with small movements or weights. Pretty crippling regards getting up and down, although running is largely unaffected.

2 x 12 minutes threshold. Maybe creeping into 174-175 bpm the last few minutes was a tad too much as I seemed to slow. Unlikely to do reps these long regularly but I was keen to see how they’d feel. Tough mentally more than anything else.
