Slow and steady around the brown on Bull Island. I had picked up a sore throat on Friday and the time trial had tired me. I struggled physically in the last loop. Really enjoyed it though and I was happier with my technique today but not perfect of course.

My race was fairly perfect until now but I dropped time here. I didn't have a plan and struggled to read anything crossing the tracks. Ended up close and relocated quickly but a few stops along the way cost me.
