Julie wanted to go for a run as a warm up for some core work or something. We ran rather slowly I thought, but it gave us the chance to talk whilst we were running which was nice. Unfortunately the weather was not good and it rained. It always seems to rain at the minute, often non stop for several days! Hope its better in Scotland...
