Short mobility warm-up before the core session.

Monday core session. Started with PLanks, side plank, mountain climbers, bridge, single leg bridge, dead bug, crunches and pissing dog.

Then moved on to some leg bits. Squats, single leg squats, front lunge, back lunge, side lunge, side leg raise and clams.

Short burner to finish of press-ups and full crunches.
3 PM

Short bike to the shops.
