Orienteering race 58:17 [5] 10.75 km (5:25 / km)
ahr:178 max:190

apparently this was the jwoc final..
lucky it wasnt though because i had a fair few small errors.
prob lost about 3-4mins all up.
i think i took it way too hard out of the start. i looked at the garmin when i thought i was a good 3/4 way around the course but only 4k's! aghhhh

Cycling (mtb) 1:15:00 [4] 21.0 km (16.8 kph)

oh yeahhhhh
i thought it was about time me and the mtb had a bit of alone time
havnt been riding at stromlo for a good couple of weeks so its good to see fixed sections of trail to hoon about.
looking forward to the race tomorrow-its one of my practice jwoc races

also-somehow i managed to rip a huge hole in my sheet last night while i was sleeping... so weird

now this was an intence sesh. pretty mus dead at the end of it.

Cycling (road) 30:00 [3]

to and back from stromlo.
was going to give the mtb a go, but i descovered that i havnt fixed its tyre yet...

Running 40:00 [3]

was going to do the famous hanny sesh, but the garmin decided to die just as i started my warm up... bastard.
so i just went for a slow easy run instead. this was prob a good idea beacuse i was prettty stiff and sore

Running 48:00 [3] 9.0 km (5:20 / km)

thought it was about time to get into the training.
have been biding my time making sure my body is 100%
felt really sore in the joint on the warm up, but thats not surprising.
did 10x 1min 1min off in the middle.

set out a bit late, was about 7 degrees with a fair wind on the hill.
it got dark halfway around, which i dont really mind, but it doesnt stack up against todd and ians 2am night run - summer 09

Note

also-
did anyone happen to read the canberra times?
i forgot to have a look for the famous article...
so does anyone even know if it was in there?
