Running 18:47 [3] 2.0 km (9:24 / km)

A quick spin around one of the sprint courses before heading to the airport for the trip to NC to see my mother. Sorry to miss all the good and convenient O this weekend - Ansonia and Mt Tom both at or under one hour from my house.

PT exercises 45:00 [3]

shoulder exercises. I think I have crossed the line from frustrated to discouraged, but I am keeping at it.

Orienteering 22:00 [3] 2.2 km (10:00 / km)

test run of one of the sprint courses. A little too thick in one spot, so I'll have to revise it.

Orienteering 59:51 [4] *** 6.2 km (9:39 / km) +135m 8:42 / km
spiked:11/13c shoes: Yellow NB T840

Long Distance race at Sprague Park, Buffalo A-meet. Generally a pretty successful run, and kept my nose to the grindstone toward the end in hopes of being under an hour. Only one bad leg - no trouble finding the control, but not the best route and poorly executed - lots of climbing over weird stuff early instead of finding the trail route, and then missed the trail run at the end. Last 4 or five controls a track meet along the road/cleared areas.
