Short warm up from where I got off the bus to Bislett, longer warm down (some laps around the track and then most of the way home with Marte.

About the same amount of rest as the interval, and 2:30 rest between sets. Can't say they are all exactly the right distance, due to the odd size of bislett (and also if you have the uphill or the downhill in the interval throws in some variance)... but it was a tough session.
