Running 1:10:00 [3]
Up Rivelin - after 15 mins I did 1, 2, 3, 4 min effort with one minute easy between. Then did an effort up the Coppice track. The plan was to do another coppice track effort, and reverse the session back down Rivelin, but it was sooo hot! I forgot that I don't really like running in the heat (until I get used to it anyway), and felt awful. Mooched back down Rivelin feeling a bit rubbish and demotivated. Now debating where/if/when to go out running today (Saturday).
