Great to 1, just all fitted, then navigated to 7 on the way to 2 by mistake then got some big blisters so skipped a couple at the end

afternoon, mass start first loop but feet still sore eventhough was wearing my trainers which are like slippers. Nav was good but was going pretty slow so would be worried if not. Did first half of second loop to just enjoy the forest, just missed
warm up with hollie, and down with Maren too.
We also did maybe 20min of drillls after

3km, lost of people at the start, got a bit caught up in it. Felt good for the first wee while then felt style go and not great, ow well to be expected after tio. Lots of thinking time about what to do next. notvery happy
