Not intending to run but had some errands in town so decided I might as well run in. Everything much improved but heels are still slightly sore and not sure what is causing the issue.
Can't run in the peaks yet so might as well cycle in them. Redmires then over the edge and down. A fun track to cycle but would rather not have strong crosswinds to deal with.
