Achilles pretty good, heels a little sore now afterwards. Wore my new Hokas to try and give some more support.

Bought myself a cheapish Hybrid bike from Decathlon yesterday and also took Laura's in to be fixed as it wasn't working and beyond my YouTube capabilities.
So today I cycled down and Laura ran to pick up her bike and go for a ride together, except it broke about 2min out of the shop with a different issue so back it went and I went off up the hill by myself. Much happier on a bike that fits and works but a bit scary in the strong winds at times.

Not intending to run but had some errands in town so decided I might as well run in.
Everything much improved but heels are still slightly sore and not sure what is causing the issue.

Can't run in the peaks yet so might as well cycle in them. Redmires then over the edge and down. A fun track to cycle but would rather not have strong crosswinds to deal with.
