STAG SOL 2 - Bonskeid
Blue - 5.6k with 280m of climband 21 controls.
Almost didn't start because of right glute problems. Glad I did as nice little area and glute was better than expected.
Almost caught Jethro at 6 (he'd missed number 4!), but he was too strong and gradually pulled away again. Was very tired near end and missed 17 and 19.

TAY event - Blackspout Wood
Blue - 4.8k with 165m of climb and 19 controls.
Nice area, but struggled physically. Right glute very sore afterwards.
Also played 9 holes at Muthill (summer tees/greens for the first time this year!) with H. Lovely day, apart from the black clouds which gathered overhead when I got stuck in a bunker on the 6th. 11 on that hole put paid to any chances of a reasonable score!

Long - 5.3k with 23 controls.
Struggled physically and technically again, but the big disappointment is that my right glute is now very sore! :-(

M&S Wood, Pine Marten Wood, Allan Glen and Gallowhill Wood.
Lots of deer eyes and calling owls.
Felt like an old man climbing out of Allan Glen!

MAROC Compasssport Cup - Balnagowan
Blue Men - 6.4k with 235m and 18 controls.
Struggled physically and technically (missed 2, 7 and 15!), but enjoyed the forest and the course.
Lots to work on before the JK and British.
