Some fresh air and movement after being at work in Redwood Shores and then running errands in town.

Strength exercises 15:00 [3]

One set each of pilates mat and theraband exercises. When I did these last week they seemed to irritate my back a bit, so trying again with even less to see if I can get back into it.
