Even worse than yesterday! Quite ordinary as far as 3, then wheels fell off. Did not pay enough attention on the dangerous number 4. Things got so bad that I headed back to 3 to start again. Thankfully spotted Nat and Ivy just leaving it so was able to ride their coattails to the right spot. The took off like a startled rabbit to 5. Alarm bells were ringing for the entire leg, direction was never right and features never quite right either. Ploughed on regardless... spotted a control on a boulder, thought I located that on map and set off the last 100m to my control. Got there and looked up - a dam? Where is that on the map? After unfolding the very extremeties, I really worked out where I was! A bit of a stomp from there back to the real control... spotted Marina, then Al. Spent the rest of the course getting dropped by Al, at least she kept me running when I really was a bit over it all. Way too much fallen timber for me today!

Added most 2 km to advertised course distance!
