3k-race at the indoor track. Bad result today as well. No other good guys showed up so it was up to me and Johan. But my body was not much to have today. Started solid with 73s on the first 400m and 2:57 on the first km. Picked the pace up a little but for no good, was weak and just let Johan go on the last lap, finished some 4s behind.

Another session at the indoor track at Bosön, this time by myself. Speed workout, 5*400-200m with 2min rest. Ok speed, ~61s on 400m and ~29s on 200m. High heart-rate on the warm-up, worried that i have some shit in the body.
