Morning skating with Jenni. It would not have crossed my mind to go skiing this morning, but Jenni decided to do her Sport lesson in remote school by skiing and actually before her actually lesson takes place in order to get more time for other school tasks. I supported her by joining skiing. Snow cat was grooming tracks and trails were in excellent shape. Temperature was still on minus centigrade. Supposed to be warmest day close to +10 in the afternoon. Let's see.

Finnish Ski-O Sprint Champs. H45 class. I went from 4 to 6. Noticed that I had missed one control while skiing from 9 to 10 when I had more time to read the map. I was wondering why there is a control so close to tenth control. Noticed my mistake and went to fifth control from 10 and then went again to 6, 7 and so on. It was not so obvious on competition map like it is in RG. It was more tempting to go six after crossing the road. Around ten other competitors did the same mistake. Two in my class. I got result and was dead last. Still super fun. I will go to ski-o races more often if there is so much snow as on this winter.

Finnish Sprint relay champs in Ski-O. I was skiing together with Tömäys in H80 class. I had second, fourth and last leg. It was fun to do ski-o for the long time. Previous race something like 25 years ago or more. Navigation skills were slightly rusty and there was no gilde on my skis, but it didn't bother.
