Did some speeds, something felt a bit funny behind my right knee. I told myself it'd be ok, I was just running 1ks, no need to be super-speedy, but then attempting the first one, I was just too scared something was wrong to push it at all, so I decided it wasn't my day for a track workout and headed home.
