15 min strength stuff, 10 min abs with Alex, great to have company, strength can be soooo boring! Legs still a bit worked from Saturday, guess that really got me.
Oh, and we finished with a new, and most killer ab exercise- like V-ups, except instead of being a nearly flat line at the bottom side, you are a star. So a cross between star jumps and V-ups kinda, so star-ups!
