cycle 25:00 [3] 10.0 km (2:30 / km)
shoes: Diamondback Vectra Sport

Ride through school and out to Eadon Clarke with a big pack full of controls, followed by putting them all out ready for an outdoor ed lesson.

Map is pretty crap (I should know - I mapped it, and only finished it last night)

Had a slow jog/walk around one of the loops to pick up controls. Foot is still sore from Wednesday. Can't get in to see any doctor at the moment - another reason I'm looking forward to getting back to PErth so still no closer to having scans done.

Collected second loop on bike and rode back to school. Had been hoping to follow the river trail, but didn't have time...

Try to fit in a rare core session in front of the football tonight

Note

In response to some jibes from Tooms about lack of running I had a look back at my log for the year. I think I'm going to cry...
The running was looking so good through to the April rogaine and has been pretty much non-existent from then.

This is even more frustrating because in 3 weeks time there is a local funrun with a $500 cash first prize. Given the running club runs I have been on in the past couple of years I reckon that if running fit I would have been pretty likely to win (unless some Perth people made the effort to come up) coz the standard of runnig up here is crapola. Anyone that can run a 35-36 min 10km sort of race (don't actually know the length of the fun run but I think its pretty short) will probably win in a doddle.

If I wasn'r 'supervising' a year 12 test at the moment I would almost certainly be crying...
