Jogging up in the woods on my loop and felt that it goes somewhat easier and a tad bit faster than usual.

Did this nice hike with Laura which is always fun to do. There was nobody in the gorges (canyon) until the very end. On 2 sections we had to do a detour as the trail/road were closed.
It was a long hke for me and the trails was at times really rocky and one had to be careful. Lots of places with a steep dropoff where people have already fallen to their death. It has at least 4 spectacular sections where one goes through the narrow canyon with steep rockfaces and the trail is reinforced sometimes. Quite adventurous but fun.
The Gorge d'Areuse is a major tourist spot of Neuchâtel and all over Switzerland.

Another Qi Gong class, as always have to concentrate incredibly to do the movements correctly. Whew, but it feels so good afterwards.

First bike ride of this year. I thought after our warm, nice weather all of February (well almost all month so far), I really ought to activate my bike again . Did my favorite loop that I always want to do at the beginning of a longer break.

Good fitness class: abd. strength, back and sides, then yoga moves Vinyasa which I like but still need to get lots more of fluidity when moving from one pose to the next.
