Hamstrings in garden, then an attempt at walk/jog with ochre two copse to Whilton road and back dog back and fro difficult but 6 km done

Decide 6km is the new minimum ,cloudy go towards LB ,then two copse,and then long copse, felt Ok slow though ,then walk both dogs togather

Surprise myself and get up early on another lovely morning and plod around the estuary not starting the garmin until over one km in , there and back busy with dog walkers allows me to go later to the hoard exhibition

Thought I would rest but had a jog around estuary on pleasant evening not good on chicken tikka masala but at least started the month with something rather than nothing hill up to mothers always awful

Andrew needed 7.4 km to get to 100km for the month so down chinkwell interrupted by list dogs then west lodge hill , right to nobottle wood , roberts barn , moores , home to playing field good route should do again felt quite good as well , better training pace

Dog walk run with Ned and Megan , all very worrying for me dear people what a terrible luck , any way ochre loved it very easy but still 7 km

Beautiful again very stiff from yesterday, good session with Andrew on playing field slow loops , hamstrings, weights , note later the top Ash tree
Shed a branch with no wind we had run under it hours before
