Another Daventry park run as no time to get to Upton , with new shoes felt the same as my current Sauconys weather perfect again , good crowd Think GPS off as 5-30 first km and I felt definitely had a faster start then 20,05 was working hard to stay with people there, 23,22 trying to get under 26 desperately so disappointing should looked at watch and pushed over line ! that hill at the end seems get me

Plan to take short cut into permissive path to the railway bridge but been blocked off so to whole loop,change of route because of this straight back then little loop to get 9 .00km ,seemed more than 66 m climb and checking OS route planner nearer a 100m ,steady run ,fields very bobbly though

Four one km reps first gps off ? Then closer to 5 mins disappointing though as full on Andrew stopped after 3 ! Reversed one of the kms or tried to good session though aimed at park run time

Run with ochre and fizzie and sparkey , pleased with distance but conversation just reinforced life is awful and left me depressed
