Try 1 km around the block with headlamp at least got out of breath , this was instead orienteering around lovely Sutton Park , We were on the car park which I did all the way through , was rushed at the start so did not kit up properly so got very wet and cold in a torrential downpour, Sian cold so did not run shame

Terrible weather as dog poorly have to run later , jogged a bit , both knees sore now thighs not too bad , ended up in pond field and did 10 short hill reps

Do go to playing field brief warm up then decide to go to the school and we both go on to do the short run first in a long time , much better training conditions poor cold wet windy , perversely enjoy it , legs not great again

Manage to get to 5 km on the playing field I was late but Andrew later , all hard work but legs seemed a bit easier , ran back up the pound to get to 5 .km , the rain stopped amazing
