Pairs quick decisions- good stuff and practicing spotting routes in a speedy manner.
Flow- not slowing at the controls and accelerating out plus knowing exit directions. Really enjoyed, even joined in a football match by accident.
Pairs map memory- good stuff was tiring slightly towards the end but still sub 4:30’s so that alright for me.
Distractions- running similar course to someone else and not budging. Spiked all the controls which was satisfying BUT IT WAS IN A PARK SO DOESN’T COUNT.
Had controls out there on air so could really practice flow so beneficial.

Long (2.3k) trying to stick with Tommy and Alex. About 10m behind the whole way so good running.
Short(1.8k) passed quite a few and was great fun as felt like I was in a shower it was raining so much.

2 x 90, 4 x 60, 4 x 30, 4 x 15 (=recovery)
On the cricket field with a big group tonight. Getting round once and to the toilet block for the 90's, once round for 60's, and slightly more than half for the 30's. Not far behind Stan for the 15's but he has lots of excuses. Fun session.
