Poor start the course losing many minutes compared to competition but kept pushing and did okay in the end (around 7 minutes lost but some of that is just running speed). 1st M18.

Good race, no mistakes. 2nd (1 out of 1 for M18).

Short run with a friend. Was pushing up the hills at the end.

Had to walk a little bit up Dumyat but was a good time.

Orienteering (Compass Sport Cup Final) 37:54 [3] 5.81 km (6:31 / km)

Too concentrated on the run-competition which is pretty stupid. Anyway at least I won it. Big 3 min mistake plus silly stuff earlier on.

Great hill run. Slow first quarter then picked it up. Rough, steep and crumbly pretty much the whole way.

Long run with intervals in-between. 800x5+2. 3:21.6, 3:02.5, 3:26.8, 3:19.5, 3:25.7. Pretty varied times as we had to stop for people on some of the reps + there was rocky ground and steps in some places.

Long easy run with family. Lots of steps and climb with slightly rough trails in some places.

Central intervals with exercises. Could have gone faster. (200x4)x3. Each with circuits in between such as squats.

Orienteering race (British Long Champs) 1:39:33 [5] 15.22 km (6:32 / km) +286m 5:59 / km

Good pace, ran the whole thing. A LOT of mistakes. Maybe was concentrating on not running too fast. Need to go back to basics, trying to take shortcuts with bad plans. 13th.
