18 miles for 18 years. An Avon, muiravonside and Beecraigs combo which made the route nice and varied. Nothing whatsoever from the shins but did get some rubbing in the shoes, not really designed to be worn that long lol. Happy days!

Nice run out round James’ short course - well-planned! Was unsurprisingly rusty but just really enjoyed having map in hand and doing some nav. Veg has really sprung up lately which wasn’t great.

Felt rather fatigued on this. Probably still from Saturday. I think I need more of a rest tomorrow. Like a proper rest. But we’ll see. Either way I still had a good time on the ride. Had to wait for about 4 minutes to pull out at a T junction, not helped by two increasingly jumpy delivery vans behind me. Can see why they would be annoyed tho
