Morning run around a nice little bush reserve in Cheltenham. Body felt tired and a bit wary of still slightly sore right arch/plantar.

Hotel room stretches. Full day with travel to Melbourne for work. Right arch and lower calf a bit tight.

Ran to uni loop and did 2x 2km. Legs still felt a bit tired from Sunday so not very fast. Also right foot arch a bit sore so didn’t want to push the speed too much. Right calf got a bit sore at the end too. Probably got a bit carried away with the long run..
