Up Greenhill Rec reserve, steep down into Chambers Gully then pushed harder up to Long Ridge lookout (aprox 20min hill), then up to Cleland and finished up and back on Steub Track. Legs feeling a bit stiff (mainly hip flexors) from 55mins but probably because of it being pretty relentlessly uphill!

Intervals with Lauren at Vic Park. Really great session which I definitely wouldn't have managed on my own! 8x 750ish m out and back, @5k pace, with 1-1:20 recovery. Slight uphill on the odd ones and slight down on the even ones.
