Interval pace 1200m. at NU track. 4:47, 4:44, 3:45,
Pulled right hamstring after 900 meters of third interval. Tried for #4 but was too bad. Hope this heals quick. Combination of cool weather (45F, misty rain) and not having run fast inawhile.
