Intraining Speed Session with the Chermside group!
5 x 1.5km fartlek with up to ~4 x 30s-2mins efforts a bit random and 2mins standing rec between sets.
Think I got a bit excited and was going quite hard but managed to pull out a bonus fifth even though I was quite cooked after the fourth.
Super fun running with the bigger group, really enjoyed this. Makes me sure that I need to get back to the group sessions when I can fit them in now.
