Did fine, I mean all there really was was running on trails and fighting through briars so my legs kinda hurt after, like it was rough for them (maybe cuz all i did for a whole week was lay in bed but yeah)
my hr monitor was still funky, cuz it showed that my max hr was under 100bpm which I very highly doubt cuz ow the hills and the running
