A bit of exploring, out towards Shincliffe then bear off across the fields and motorway, and along an old disused railway line towards Cassop Vale, and back towards Shadforth then Sherburn. Finally a break in the weather and some refreshing breeze and rain! Legs aching for some reason - not sure if that is biking yesterday or hills the other day.
