Against Whitcliffe Warriors 1.
C for first two quarters and GD for last Pretty dramatic as the whistle went when we were losing 19-18 but we still had a penalty to shoot! Fortunately she got it in so we drew :D

Orienteering race 17:00 [4] ** 2.46 km (6:55 / km) +80m 5:57 / km

SPOOK relays on Firshill. Me doing odd legs, dad doing even.
Leg 1 - 2.2km. Woods were a bit brambley so paths were the best option. Silly route #1 following the crowd and punched the wrong control at #10 before realising that it was the wrong code.. Mine was another depression about 20m away!

Orienteering race 8:48 [4] ** 1.52 km (5:47 / km) +45m 5:03 / km

Leg 3 - 1.4km. In the housing estate this time so easy running and easy navigation!

Orienteering race 20:28 [4] ** 2.62 km (7:49 / km) +90m 6:40 / km

Leg 5 - 2.4km. Back in the woods. First four controls the same as leg one! Tight calves and tired so preeetty slow....

U16 - 8 minute run, random drills with a new coach, then half an hour matches with seniors 3.
Seniors - 'running onto the ball' drills then matches for half an hour.

Wu jog to Bradshaw Road. Wow were my legs not having it... I ended up walking some bits they were just so stiff and tired://

Running intervals (Hills) 3:24 [5] 0.96 km (3:33 / km) +30m 3:04 / km

Bradshaw Road hill sprints. Only second session here so still on low number of reps. 6 x ~160m. After stretching my calves out I felt much better and kept a constant speed up the whole hill unlike everyone else... I seem to just pass loads of them within the last 30m or so ;) Not a long session tonight, and seems almost pointless, but they are definitely good and we build up to 9/10 reps eventually!!

Easy downhill wd back to pavilion.

Good bit of stretching afterwards with Imo. Mainly focussed it on the calves believe it or not....

While I was sat off for the first half I decided I'd do a load of stretching to loosen off and because my calves were tight. Why not.

Netball (Giants) 20:00 [3]
slept:7.5 (rest day)

Seniors match vs our first team. I was off for the first half then came on as WA. Started as WA for the last quarter until someone injured themselves so I moved to C. We lost 32-18.

Felt pretty laggy and unreactive after the weekends races.
