British schools champs. G11, 3.7km.
Easy area. Few mistakes here and there, lost maybe 1.5mins in total but generally good and fast! Finished 2nd to Lucy Haines so very happy :D

School PE options. Went to Target Gym... Bit of a new experience!! Did half an hour on resistance machines: Adductors, abductors, glutes, chest press, pull ups. And then half an hour on CV: 20 mins on the treadmill @ 10km/hr with a 5% gradient for the last 5 mins, 5 mins spinning, 5 mins x-trainer.
Bit boring but taking it as a replacement for harriers tonight as I'm not going because Mikey has parents evening!

U16 - 8 min run, boring shoulder pass drills then a short match with Seniors 4.
Seniors - harder 8 min run, the same boring shoulder pass drills (-.-) then better matches vs Seniors 1.
Not hard tonight.

wu jog to Honley library.

Running intervals (HHAC) 22:24 [5] 4.78 km (4:41 / km) +70m 4:22 / km

Library loops. 4 x ~600m and 3 x ~850m. Shorter loop had a ~100m steep(ish) uphill stretch and longer had a ~250m (shallower) uphill stretch. Felt tired but times were pretty consistent!

First seniors match for Giants vs Portland A. Played C for two quarters and WA for one. Didnt feel like I was tiring very much even though it was hard work... The other team were much older than I was expecting but wow were they good! We lost 38-27 :(
