Training Log Archive: Old Daniel

CW north from Dog -full route; another nice Spring day if a little cooler and cloudier. Hard ground and ideal running conditions and not a bad performance (41.37 at turn) so getting under 80 is not going to be easy. Did stop to talk to a bloke -this must have been 42 secs ????
This time last year got down to sub 76 mins in similar conditions, so I am slower and there is a bit to go, but an order better than some runs in recent months
